SAGES & IPEG Meet in Tandem in 2003!
Los Angeles, CA, March 10 - 15, 2003
Dear Colleague,
Next March, SAGES will once again meet in tandem with the International Pediatric Endoscopic Surgery Group (IPEG), making this conference a unique opportunity for those of us who perform minimally invasive surgery, whether in adults, children or adolescents.
At a time when all of us carefully evaluate the surgical meetings we can attend, it is vital to know that the choices you make add value to your practice and provide you with a great educational experience. To assure those goals are met, we have incorporated content targeted to every attendee:
- An array of clinically relevant topics for the practicing surgeon and resident;
- Basic science sessions for the researcher;
- Emerging and futuristic concepts for the visionaries amongst us.
At this joint SAGES and IPEG meeting, you will find…
- World-Class faculty
- Easy air access from most major cities in the world
- 5 hands-on courses with lab (3 SAGES, 2 IPEG)
- 5 Postgraduate Courses including a joint course on Bariatric Surgery
- Consensus (appropriateness) forum
- Virtually the same number of people are sitting in their seats at 5:00 PM that were there at 8:00 AM…a symptom of a really interesting program
- The most collegial atmosphere of any surgical meeting…anywhere!
- Fabulous social events included in your registration fee
- An exhibit hall that serves as a debut for cutting edge minimal access surgery products
We have all been concerned about too many meetings. The L.A. SAGES & IPEG conference is an opportunity to attend two of the world’s pre-eminent meetings and participate in 5 postgraduate courses…all in one week.
Join us in Los Angeles, March 10 - 15, 2003!
Sincerely
Steve Eubanks, MD
SAGES Program Chairman
Philip Glick, MD
