SAGES Registration & Hotel Reservation Instructions

Registration & Housing Early Deadline: March 14, 2008.

Registration

• The quickest, easiest way to register for the SAGES meeting is on-line, www.sages.org/registration/
• To register for the SAGES meeting by paper, please complete the registration form on page 51-52 of the advance program booklet.
• Don’t forget to register for your spouse/guest, tours and social events!

Hotel Reservations

Please book your hotel rooms within the SAGES Hotel Blocks!

Reservations prior to the deadline:

Please see the list of hotels below for SAGES. Please book your reservations with the hotel of your choice. Make sure to identify yourself as a SAGES attendee.

Reservations after the early deadline:

You may still be able to secure reservations through the hotels directly, based on availability and the prevailing rate.

Changes and Cancellations:

Please send any changes and/or cancellations directly to the hotels. Cancellation of hotel reservations made less than 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival will result in a one-night room and tax charge to your credit card.

Suites:

Please contact the hotel for availability and pricing information.

Shuttles:

The Marriott hotel is connected to the Convention Center. All other hotels are within easy walking distance. Shuttles will be provided from hotels to social events not within walking distance.
