About SAGES Surgical Spring Week
Dear Colleagues:
Your time is your most precious commodity. You are pressed on all sides to be productive clinically with fewer resources and narrower margins, while trying to stay on top of scientific and technical developments in your field. We understand this. You are faced with an overabundance of surgical conferences, courses and meetings. We understand this as well. As you consider what meeting to attend in 2008, we suggest that it should be SAGES!
At SAGES 2008, you will have the opportunity to hear about the latest advances from the leading experts in the fields of General, Gastrointestinal, Endoscopic and Minimally Invasive Surgery. In an informative, fun and engaging environment you will also learn about recent technical and technological developments while networking with like-minded colleagues in your field.
At SAGES 2008 Surgical Spring Week in Philadelphia, you will find:
- Easy air access from most major cities in the world
- 5 hands-on courses with labs
- 5 didactic postgraduate courses
- World-class faculty
- The most collegial atmosphere of any surgical meeting, anywhere!
- An exhibit hall that serves as a debut for cutting edge minimal access surgery products
- Fabulous social events
Please join us in Philadelphia, April 9 - 12, 2008
Sincerely,
Adrian Park, MD

VISA Information for International Attendees:
For more than 50 years, the United States of America has required visas to be issued to those wishing to study, visit, or conduct business in the U.S. While changes have been made recently to U.S. visa law, many procedures remain the same. Most importantly, you must APPLY EARLY for a visa, as processing time has increased in some instances. For information about obtaining a visa, please visit the following website:

If you need a written invitation to assist you with your visa, please email the SAGES Registrar with your name and address.
